The security is nice there but nobody ever answers the phone . You call over and over to make a payment and then half the time you still have to take it in cause nobody answers which is difficult for me cause I live in liberty. Get better customer service . it's time to let your mom go .
Terrible place! Don't go here!! I had my garage broken into and my stuff stolen and damaged! There were other victims as well. The storage place would not help me, the owners refused to get in contact with me, they would not compensate the last 2 months I had the be there. (I asked to have those last 2 months free and they refused!!) Please, please don't come here and pay them your hard earned money, it will go down the drain!

The new manager is extremely kind and patient and tries to help with your circumstances as much as she can. Their rates are fantastic, too.
