I had all three of my kids seeing nurse practitioner Sarah Doll. Today I had my elementary aged daughter scheduled for a well check. Her appointment was scheduled for 2:30. Of course I had to pull her out of school for the afternoon, which due to covid procedures took longer than anticipated. She also needed to use the restroom really bad, so we had to make a quick pit stop. We arrived at the office at 2:41 (or so the office staff said), waited around for five minutes before we were told that because we were more than ten minutes late we had to reschedule. I’m a healthcare worker myself, and I know the importance of timeliness. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for families of young children. Also, how many times have I needed to wait ten plus minutes to see a doctor? Needless to say I will be taking my children to a different clinic.

The nurse “Nikki” for Sarah is super rude. Anytime I call, she makes me feel rushed and acts annoyed by every request I make. Does not make me feel welcome or comfortable anytime I am there or over the phone. When she calls back she has a rude tone of voice and makes me nervous to even finish my sentence. Sarah is amazing though. So kind, patient and caring. She truly listens. PLEASE GET A NEW NURSE. I’m nervous to even schedule another appointment because of her.

I have been impressed by several instances of care we received from Dr. Williams and Sarah Doll. My husband was sent directly to the ER by Dr. Williams because he recognized and diagnosed correctly some cardiac problems that included getting a pacemaker! We will miss Dr. Williams! Sarah Doll recognized a problem on my legs as vein problems and recommended pursuing vein treatment which turned out to be at a critical stage. The nurses are capable, friendly and helpful along with the lab and office personnel. Many procedures can be performed at their location which is very helpful!
