The food is always a much higher quality than most fast food places. This location was filthy, I mean pandemic removed half the tables but still greasy and trash remains. The staff are obviously doing a large amount of call out orders or pickups so cleanliness has taken a backseat

And you're a freedom loving American, or Frenchman, or Korean (South not North), or are a citizen of one of the 130 some odd countries that enjoy freedom. Listen, the point impetus is that this place will fill a literal grocery sack with fries. That's what you get with a regular order. Let me tell you these French fried miniature orgasms in your mouth will punch you right in your kisser and take your lunch money; and for some reason you thank them. You don't know why, they are just that magnificent. So don't hate freedom, get some Five Guys tonight.
Service was great, restrooms were clean. Food came out quite and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I love Five Guys food, but the past three times we have been to this location during the pandemic they have put cheese on my burger (it ruins the burger for me but I hate waste of food and time so I haven't requested it fixed) and they have seriously gypped my fries (each time less that before until today not even filling the paper portion cup). So when Google suggested a review today I complied. I love Five Guys so I hope this location can improve on being customer oriented.
First time in one of these Five Guys locations. Not too impressed for the price.... 15 is a little stiff for a double cheeseburger small fry and a drink. The burger was good &tasty.. but the french fries we're not hot they were not cold. They weren't even warm. To me, the best judge of a quality french fry is for you to have to wait a few seconds after you get served...... to touch them. That's what I call hot fries. The young Personnel behind the counter and taking the order processing everything were polite. But one of the young men had his mask down under his nose.... and he was the one cooking our food. A little bit larger boned kid than the others. I felt very uneasy about that. I wasn't the only one that noticed it, just thought maybe management Oughta Know
