Very disappointed with how I was greeted when we walked in today with a large group, as someone who requires hearing aids and is unable to function without them I was refused service. I am very familiar with the mask mandate in Jackson County, I’ve been dealing with it for almost a year now. The mask mandate clearly states if you are unable to wear a mask because of a medical condition they are not able to refuse service. We try and support local businesses as often as we can with everything that is happening, we were very disappointed that we had to make other plans because of the treatment we received this morning.

Did this as a scout overnight for climbing merit badge. This place was awesome and all kids had a great time. The staff you could tell had great knowledge on climbing. The staff took great time going over everything from safety to having a good time. We had kids wanting to do it again the next day. Overall I would recommend this for scouts 13 years and above. The overnight experience was great.

Went for my son's birthday and both my boys absolutely loved It they had a great time. And yes they have walls for adults to I highly recommend this place.

This is a fantastic gym. Very helpful staff especially Kerry! The classes are affordable,fun and super informative. The patrons who frequent the gym are also helpful and are eager to make newcomers feel welcome! Highly recommend this place

One of my favorite places in town -- Great gym, friendly people, friendly staff that are always helpful -- even met the owner a few months ago and he visited with us and even coached my friend and I a bit while we climbed. Definitely a must on your to-do list. Come climb!!
