Ordered a pool flange kit from Dylan paid for next day shipping around 40 was supposed to be delivered by 10am, called the store at 10:39am, Dylan said he would check on it and call back he did! At 12:45 I walked into the store To see where my part was? Finally at 1:39pm Dylan tells me the part was discontinued? I asked why didn’t he call when he got the email that morning . He became rude and not very customer friendly! I even had to ask for my money back! If I could give them 0 stars I would, they act like your inconvenience them when you walk in the door!
Brought water in to be tested, water was cloudy in our in ground pool. The guy asked if we used their chemicals. I stated which of their chemicals we were currently using. He told me the water test only showed their chemicals and didn't test for others and I was wasting his time. Have had water tested other places and never been told this. Guy was extremely rude and clearly didn't want me to buy anything. It was a waste of both our times. Went up the road had the water tested and got the chemicals needed to clear up the pool.
Went to Leslie's Pool supplies in Blue dprings with a water sample. I told Spencer that I'd already put in some pool chemicals. He asked where I bought them, which wasn't Leslie's, to which he replied that his testing kit wouldn't read properly because I didn't use their supplies. He turned and started to walk away as if that was the sole purpose for why we were there. When we asked about pump gauges, we actually asked if we had put sand in the filter yet. No other prerequisite questions, and a terrible attitude when asking questions. It seemed that we were bothering Spencer because not only did he take his time getting to the counter in the first place, he had no inclination to appear friendly or helpful at all. Perhaps rude would be a better term, just not as all encompassing as demeanor, tone and professionalism requires. Terrible experience in every way possible. I refuse to go back to this store.
I went in there to order a new part for my sand filter they were very helpful and professional, they were able to find the part for me pretty easily, they had ordered it through the website, 10/10 on how helpful they informed me of the return policy and the reward program
