Since new owner it really has been pleasant. The drive-thru is very quick and efficient. There could be a line around the building and they'll knock it out in 15 or less. The pizza is good. Never had any complaints to speak of. They go a little heavy on there sauce but that's a personal preference not really a knock against them. Love the half sticks half pizza combo. Really nice when you have picky children.

Ruthless Speed and design

Affordable good food , fast and easy . Can't beat three pizzas and crazy bread for under 20 , and the wait was pretty quick , had dinner and bought enough for lunch the next day , definitely gonna be back soon.

Horrible customer service by the store manager. Went in to purchase over 50 in gift cards that a ministry in our church uses to help people. The store manager very rudely told me that they had to purchase them on line or at Walmart. He treated me like it was an inconvenience to have to answer the question. Seems pretty logical to go to the store for gift cards. I regret that I have to send 65 in business to this guy. The store manager needs to learn some customer service skills. I do not recommend this place!!!!

Thank-you for answering the phone, and providing Great Customer Service. It was probably the manager that night that I spoke to in reference to an order mess up from Independence, MO store. Independence store would not answer their phone.

They said the hot and ready crazy bread just got out of the oven and to pull around front. She will bring it right out. I waited almost 15 minutes. Other than that food is always good.
