The employee was very kind and helpful only one working and there were multiple customers at the same time. She handled everything very professionally and promptly. My wife and I could tell that she was in a lot of pain her back seemed to be bothering her but that did not keep her from doing her job. Wish there were more workers like her.

5 stars isn't enough!!! Thanks to Shiela me and my wife were able to finally buy a brand new bed. She helped with financing and instead of pushing the most expensive thing onto us she suggested this amazing pillow top that we fell in love with. It was perfectly in our range and super comfy. The steps were easy she made sure that our “test of the mattress” was right as it was rainy so didn’t wanna put our feet on the beds she said go for it you need to make sure you love it. Shiela was truly amazing and honestly the best sales rep iv ever dealt with. She laughed with my kids and super kind to them because of her I will only buy from mattress firm. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

I told Shiela what I thought would be useful about the way I sleep. She suggested we start at the top. I was curious about the popular new foam mattresses so I said OK. I really had no intention of spending a lot on a mattress, but I lay down and fell in love. She answered all my questions, she was friendly and helpful. The mattress more than I hoped, but far less than I feared.
