As a 23yr customer I found myself in a insurance situation that a corporate model caused my auto insurance cancellation. I've never been in a situation where the agent looked at my file late in Feb. looked shocked and said \I'm not sure corporate will re-new your auto insurance in June\ and come to find out, in late May that FB canceled my auto insurance in the first week of Jan...no letter, no notification of any sort, this agent lied to my face and I have had to pay the \un-insured\ price of his lack of facing the situation head on, rather let me walk out of the office wrongfully informed! I always had to initiate any contact to this office - no pro-active service at all if that's what you value.
