I've always had good service here. I use the print section most often and the staff has always been very helpful to create my projects the way I want them .
Attempted to ship a package Fed Ex Next Day on a Sunday morning and was not informed they do not pick up on the weekend until my package was not delivered on time because it wasn’t picked up until Monday. Paid Next Day Air Rate for a package to be delivered two days later. No signs posted and lied to by the Office Depot clerk. Asked to inform manager and employee told me that wasn’t possible. No name tags worn. No apology. I am certain they will not change this practice. Dishonest. Not Customer Friendly. My advice, use the UPS Store for shipping. I will not be back to this store for shipping.
Just came in to make some copies. The self serve machine (least expensive way to do this) will not allow you to spend more than 50 on your credit card. Office Depot knows better than the customers in how to manage their own money? Never spending another dime here - based just on the principle. Control someone else.
Little pricey on some items, but I come here to ship my stuff and they're usually nice about everything!
