I have been shopping around for a storage unit and spoke with April today. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and very pleasant to talk with. I would recommend Storage Mart and definitely ask for April! You won’t be disappointed!

I will refer any family or friend to this storage unit!! I have been beyond impressed with the customer service provided, specifically by Rick. He has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I get the storage unit that was right for us, and he took extra time addressing any concerns we might have. If I am remembering correct, Rick has been with the company for over 10 years, and it absolutely showed. He was thorough, he cared about us as customers and he has provided service that is above anything I would expect from a storage unit facility. Aside from that, our unit was clean when we moved in and is in a great location with reasonable pricing. Rick is for sure someone to keep around!!!
