Before buying a home from Summit please do your research. Houses are not put up with any type of quality. In the 2 years we have lived at this house our A/C has gone out, water damage to our carpet from the windows not being sealed correctly and a part of our yard washed away due to the sump pump not being drained away from our house. We now have a mold issue due to the water damage from the windows. When you call to speak to summit at the customer care line all you get is voices mails and defection to blame the roofer, the concrete guy and the landscaper. Summit takes no responsibility for any the work they do on the house. They just try to slap them up as quickly as they possibly can so they can move on to the next failed project and leave it up to the home owner to fix their mistakes down the line.
