I'd love to give this store a 4 from the experiences I've previously had, but unfortunately I've had to deal with the store manager, Evan. I'd gotten a home measured 8 days ago and was excited about getting carpet so I paid the quote of 3,667 the same day. I was supposed to get a call from the installer within 3 business days and still hadn't gotten a call after 5 business days. I called to cancel my order and was told by Evan that I'd be charged 15% for a restocking fee, which was over 500. I went on to tell him that the company didn't hold up their end of the contract of contacting me and that I'd been recording him, to charge me the 500 and I'd see him in court. He told me to contact corporate to get my money back and hung up in my face. I've never dealt with something like this and I warn you all to NOT pay for carpeting until you have a set date. I'm regretting ever using Home Depot, at this point. I've started buying houses and rehabbing them and needed a job to be done and they've stolen almost 4000 of my own money, not a credit card! I know it was stupid of me to pay so far ahead, but I'm kind of new to this and don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. The manager quoted which card I wanted it put back on but never even put a dime on it and that was over 2 hours ago. I'm disgusted by the way things have been handled and I hate that I have to waste time on court to get this done.

Ruthless Speed and design

Great deals and had what I was looking for at a affordable price, even had a pretty large flooring section with different styles and colors that is making our project easier, next stop , lighting for light fixtures and led upgrades, and paint.

Our oven died on Feb 7th. New range ordered and scheduled to be delivered Feb 17th. I waited patiently for 10 days without an oven. Today, Home Depot calls and I'm hoping to have a range with a working oven tomorrow. However, the recording says there has been a delay due to the weather and they reschedule for Feb 25th. EIGHT (8) more days without an oven. It is more difficult than you think to cook everything on a stove top without baking or broiling. This is awful. I am very disappointed in Home Depot.

Love Home Depot, hate how much it always costs when I go in there!! Working on getting ready to paint my kitchen. Well the paint had been bought, so there's no backing out now!!
