I finally found a jewelry repair place where the staff are personable, knowledgeable and overall great people! They are honest, affordable and very fast on turnaround time. I could not be more pleased with the work they have done for me and am so glad they are here to serve the Blue Springs and surrounding areas. If you've had broken jewelry sitting in your jewelry box or been given some of Grandma's vintage jewels that need repair, go see Justin and Gene. Oh yeah, and they sell jewelry too!!!

These guys did an awesome job rebuilding my grandfathers heirloom diamond ring. It had several issues with it’s structure and was at a stage where it could not be safely worn without risking permanent failure. Gene and Justin both offered practical advice and guidance which depended on whether the ring should stay 100% original or be rebuilt and worn. I loved the piece, so I decided to have them restore it. They did a great job of delicately preserving all of the original artistic detail while dramatically improving the structural integrity. It looks like it did the day it was sold to my Grandpa. He’d be thrilled to have his ring in the family for generations to come. Thanks again guys!

My husband and I wanted to redesign our current wedding set to a 10 yr anniversary wedding ring. 2 jewelers did an amazing job. They took the time to figure out what we wanted, and designed a ring that combined my old wedding ring and a late Grandmother’s ring thats been in the family for years. The ring came out beautifully. I love the fact that I have a great piece of jewelry that not only is unique but it combines family history and our humble beginnings. Highly recommend this place.

These guys did so amazing! I had my moms wedding ring that the diamond had fallen out (I was so lucky to find it) along with the first ring my husband bought me and my wedding ring. They were able to take all the rings and make into one priceless ring for me! This was done sooner then expected and is beyond perfect! I’m so picky and couldn’t decide what I wanted but fully trusted they would make it perfect.....it is truest priceless and perfect!!

I am so impressed with these two jewelers! From the moment you walk into their shop, they make you feel welcome. The work that they do is exceptional. I had several repairs done, and was so impressed with the outcome. Not only do they do great work, but they have good prices. The turn around time for repairs amazed me. They sized one ring while I was there and had the rest completed in 2 days! If you are looking to have custom jewelry made or need any jewelry repairs done, this is your place! I will for sure be using this jeweler from now on!

Wonderful service! They were friendly, informative, fast, and did great repair work for me. Their location is very convenient too. One of the repairs involved a knotted chain on a vintage necklace - it was unknotted without damage!
