Alex was absolutely amazing and helped me get into the new iPhone 12 mini! Levi was also a great help with keeping me interested in conversation the whole time I was there. I switched to Verizon about a year ago, with help from Levi. I was unsure about a big name provider until he helped me out and explained everything to me. A year later I broke my phone and was having issues with my insurance claim (which is through a third party mind you), and within 10 mins Levi was able to help me get it sorted out. I'm sure this store is full of great employees, but if you go in on a day that Levi is working, your problems/questions are as good as solved. Great man, and a great employee. I'll be with Verizon for good now, thanks again sir!

Alexandria was a very pleasant employee!!! I would highly recommend visiting this store for all your phone needs. All the employees here have made this one of the few times I'm not leaving a Verizon store with a bad taste in my mouth. I would definitely come back here if I didn't live so far away. Great experience!!!
