Hands down, the BEST experience I have ever had at any Walmart Auto Center. Will definitely go back! Serena, gathered all pertinent info, scheduled appt, Theresa checked me in & out. Delightful, knowledgeable ladies. Service time: 3:55 p - 4:31 p. Outstanding! Thank you Auto care staff & mechanics!

I have set-up exchange tires. Worker after I have bring the car refuse exchange the tires what I just purchased. He told me they don't have any DOT and it's already 3.30 pm & they closing 6pm.so it's late start for 2 hours job. Many excuses how he can't do it. The tires have DOT and he has a plenty of time do it. Anytime I'm visit this place it's exactly some. LAZY, RUDE & NOT A HELPFUL Blue Springs Walmart tire's center.

What a disaster! I specifically asked for tires with raised white letters. More than once I reminded the girl at the counter to tell the technician to put the white letters facing out. When my vehicle was ready...no white letters. I almost blew a gasket. They didn't even have my size tire with white letters in stock. Two hours wasted. They were all real nice about the whole thing.

Wasnt able to fix my tire because it was too messed up so they put a new tire on for a reasonable price!

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone! Then, good luck again once they put you on hold because chances are you will either wait for 10 minutes or more or hang up and call back only to get no answer. Not just one time this happened but MULTIPLE times. Oh and my husband had his tires replaced there with an 8am appointment and it took them 4 HOURS to change 4 tires. Really guys?!
