I love how these pharmists think that there your doctor you guys are not doctors.... and if my doctor is aware of certain meds im on you shouldn't have the authority to not fill a prescription. EACH PATIENT IS DIFFERENT AND BE A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND TALK TO ME AND CALL MY DOCTOR HE WAS VERY AWARE OF MY SITUATION I WILL NEVER USE WALLMART PHARMACY AGAIN OR SHOP THERE AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMISIST DO SOME RESEARCH AND CALL MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR YOU GUYS ARE NOT DOCTORS YOU FILL MEDS YOU DONT TREAT PATIENT THESE PHARMACYS HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF HAND DO THE PROPER RESEARCH NEXT TIME...

On a constant visits to this pharmacy when bring in prescriptions told 20 to 30 minutes. When come to pick up 5 mins longer than what I was told. I get a response of another 20 minutes every time.

I was very disappointed in the level of service I recently received by a staff member (Andrea). I was in line along with 3 other customers when a gentleman walking by jumps at the front of the line. I didn’t address the customer because I was certain Andrea would by telling him there was a line of people waiting. Unfortunately she did not. She began to scan his items. At that point, I say “excuse me ma’am I’ve been waiting in line”. Andrea does not acknowledge me at all. After two more times of me saying, now as I reflect on the situation, raising my voice, “excuse me ma’am!” So much so that Skye comes from the back to assist and asks what can she do to assist. At no point during this exchange does Andrea EVER acknowledge me as a customer that had been patiently waiting. I felt ignored and overlooked. Andrea treated me as if I didn’t matter as a customer. To isolate race and gender in this situation. A white female cashier allowed a white male customer to interject the line in front of a black female that had been waiting. I wonder how many people observing this exchange viewed me as the angry black female? I am glad Skye tried to rectify the situation but I personally feel Andrea dropped the ball. I felt she should have directed the gentleman to the end of the line and helped the next customer. It’s like she didn’t have a clue in terms of customer service or race relations. She ignored me so much so that I asked Skye if she had a hearing impairment. Disappointed to say the least. “I’ll help whoever is next” would have been the appropriate response.
