horrible service horrible workers they would not let me order because I did not wear a mask but i have a trachea so therefore a breathing tube in my neck so the workers said I had to leave and another worker was being very rude nor understanding at all and I said that you can't refuse somebody who has a disability............. Never going here aigan

It used to be so good. The last two times I've been here have been not so much though. I LOVE Wendy's food normally, but I will definitely be skipping over them from now on. Everyone has bad days so I thought I'd give them another chance, but it would seem that since the beautiful remodel, the food quality has gone down. Sad day. My chicken sandwich has OLD lettuce on it that I was scared to even eat.
So I had placed an order through DoorDash and there was a huge complication because the delivery driver had drove away from the restaurant without my food and I had to go pick it up myself while I had to ask the neighbor to watch my sleeping 6 year old at home because I didn’t want to wake her up but these two ladies that had helped me (Brie and Taryn from store 2181 in blue springs) were so sweet and helped me figure everything out they even called me to figure everything out and they were just the sweetest! They made what started out as a horrible day so much better! These two ladies really have their heads in the game and they definitely deserve a raise or something!!! I have never in my 24 years of life received such AMAZING costumer service from any where before. I was on the verge of breaking down and crying and they really made my day better. I definitely give these two ladies a ten out of five! Thank you and god bless!!
Great spicy nuggets, not a fan of the burgers too much but the nuggets make up for that!
Chili beans were hard, not the best. Also the spicy chicken sandwich became a flat chicken nugget.
