Clint Isley was, for us in 2013, very accommodating with our schedule, coming from Sugar Land when we could. He always had several listings for us to visit. He listened to our likes and dislikes, our price range and house size for our large family (16). He told it like it is for the areas surrounding the lake; the good and the bad. There may have been a wonderful house that we had seen while searching listings on the web, meeting all our needs in a neighborhood that had no deed restrictions or ignored the ones they had. He would show it to us anyway, but advise against buying it. Then there were those in a wonderful area, and the curb appeal was great, but he would predict that we would \come out of there screaming!\ He was always right. Those were the ones we wanted to see; not the ones he had on his list. This was 2013 and Blue Water did not have the army of realtors that are there now. The house (lake home) we bought is, after significant remodeling that we knew from the first sight was needed, absolutely WONDERFUL !!! Our dream home and fun for all of our family and friends. We have no knowledge of the current conditions at Blue Water, but can recommend Clint Isley for sure based on our experience. Charlie and Kay Quick
