Rainsoft has a great installation team..... Jordan and Alex!!! I was impressed with their friendly professionalism and excellent manners. Its good to know that some company's such as RainSoft still offer excellent customer service representatives. Our new water filtration system was expertly installed and they guys were sure to cover all the details of the systems operation with me, answer my questions....as well as offer after service assistance when and if needed. Kudos to RainSoft and Alex and Jordan.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Blue Wolf Concepts in re to the water softener in a new home we purchased in August. The old soft water system was more than likely the original unit and we were dissatisfied with the quality of the water. Harvey made the initial visit and was friendly, informative , and patient with our lack of knowledge. He explained our options and in no way pushed us to purchase a new system.. After a private conversation with my fiance, we opted to purchase the new system. Harvey provided us with the payment options and we moved forward. The system was installed a week later by two younger men who were courteous and focused but we did not have much interaction. A few days later, we began to have water pressure problems. We called and had Chris and Alex on our doorstep the same day. They were extremely thorough, respectful, and enjoyable.
