We came here for a 3 day vacation. I was called about a week before hand and asked to set a time to come down and get a Visa card or some tickets to local attractions and they would tell me about the newest locations in Vegas. Not once was it mentioned we had to stay there for an hour and listen to a sales pitch. When we arrived we told them we had just had a review of our account and bought more points 4 months ago where they went on to tell us this wasn’t true and that it was mandatory that we sit through the meeting because we had a sampler package. We have never had a sampler package, but wish we would have and then maybe we would have never bought our ownership. When the two ladies finally realized they had looked up the wrong people, they did not even apologize for being so rude. They actually continued to be extremely rude and made it out to be our fault. On a plus side the hotel room is great, but the customer service is terrible.

We love coming to this place because it has all the basic needs of a hotel, access to the gym, few restaurants downstairs and liquor store, not too far from the trip and there’s an available shuttle to the strip last pick up drop off at 11 pm. It’s close to the airport, gas station and groceries.

This was a great vacation spot! We don’t have a time share, instead we found on Hotwire. We were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the one bedroom deluxe. There is a kitchen complete with cookware and dishes as well as a table with four chairs. We also enjoyed having a sitting area with a tv. In the bedroom the bed was comfy and we were very happy with the ceiling fan. There is also a tv in the bedroom. In addition to the tub and shower, there is also a stand alone shower that has dual shower heads. There are three bath sinks which were very convenient for us. The unit also provides a washer and dryer, which we happily took advantage of! There is on site security that was very present throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the free shuttle to planet Hollywood and Tropicana. The indoor pool was a nice time! We enjoyed the jacuzzi! There is a variety of restaurants on location that we enjoyed (yes, all 4 of them). The Grounds were well kept and the lobby and our room was very clean and welcoming. We will for sure return to this resort. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

After a bit of a “hiccup” and miscommunication with our reservation they tried to redirect us to the newly purchased sister property Tuscany Hotel/Casino. We live here in Vegas and had no desire to do a “stay-cation/birthday party for our 13yo son at the Tuscany. So after speaking with the manager we managed to be able to stay where we wanted to stay. This is a pretty cool place located just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and right by McCarran Airport. This is our first time staying here and the employees are very friendly and it’s a clean place. We have a couple vehicles here but they do have shuttles that go to the Tropicana, Planet Hollywood, the Linq and even Downtown to Fremont Street. For those in Vegas that will be partying I suggest the shuttle. Our room is nice. They are small rooms but they have a lot to offer such as a kitchen, dining table, small family room and a nice bedroom. The complex that this is located in is very cool too. They have a Einstein Bagels, ABC convenience store, liquor store, Hookah Lounge and a Vegas Best Pizza.

Went into presentation skeptical as I think most people are about “Time share” properties. Pleasantly surprised that they had such a great program. My wife and I had a different share property and in the end , we converted our stuff to Bluegreen vacation properties. So many more options in travel and flexibility. If you love to travel, you must visit one of there properties and go in with an open mind. They take the tome to explain the workings of the system and they even bring you back in a month or so to explain everything in detail.
