I had an emergency during my first week of stay in Cabo. Received excellent attention in Blue Net and the staff speaks English. I was taken good care and they have accessible prices too. I recommend Blue Net Hospitals for anyone who needs medical attention.

I was seen here after being injured during an excursion. As i was extremely nervous being alone, injured and it being international i didn’t think about getting paperwork when discharged. A few days after and until today i have been requesting documentation of my visit and they are refusing to give me anything stating it’s because Wild Canyon (excursion place) paid the bill. I have NEVER heard anything like this is my life!!! How can you refuse the patient their medical records??.. I will be obtaining legal counsel to deal with this further to which Blue Net Hospital will be paying that bill!

Airline did not allow me to board my flight as this hospital didn’t provide me with a simple document that is required to fly alongside the covid test. Paid 6500 pesos to do the test. Before doing the covid test, I specifically asked if the test is government approved and if the hospital can provide evidence, and they said they are. One of the male colleagues indicated that this can be provided but in the end, did not provide me with anythjng. Truly dissapointed.

Just got ripped off on a medication at their pharmacy. I called ahead and was told to come in to get the medication. When I got there, they gave it to me and charged me 1,000 pesos. I mentioned that the box shows 408 and they ignored me. I live in this area and will NEVER go to BlueNet again. I need the medication so paid and didn't realize it's supposed to be regulated by that number on the box. Don't go here - EVER.

In 2014 we brought my wife here after she started feeling sick with a fever, severe cough, throwing up and general malaise. Turns out she had pneumonia!! She was in bad shape by the time we arrived, very weak. The staff took great care of her. She was diagnosed very promptly, admitted, we were taken to a private room and she was administered antibiotics through an IV along with various other medications to help hydrate her, reduce her coughing and vomiting. She was there for 3 nights and needless to say it was very scary for both of us but the staff at the hospital were great! The rooms were very nicely appointed and private and the staff was very friendly and made us feel safe. Never once was payment brought up until the end and it was all handled very professionally. The hospital brought us a detailed bill and gave us as much time as necessary to review it and call our health Insurance in the US to make sure everything was done correctly. The bill was close to 10,000 USD but we thought this was very reasonable for 3 nights in the hospital in a private room and all the personalized care my wife received. In the US this would have been 3x or 4x more expensive. We did have to pay the bill at the end of her stay using a credit card and then get reimbursed by our US based insurance, but that is standard procedure. The hospital also provided us with all the paperwork from her hospital stay including doctors files and even x rays in addition to the detailed bill to make sure we got reimbursed by insurance. They even gave us their business card for the billing department in case our insurance needed to contact them to sort things out. Good news was that my wife fully recovered and our insurance covered 85% of the charges. I highly recommend this hospital.

I've made some really good experience with this hospital. I wrote Sergio, that I have an issue and he gave me an appointment for the next day with one of their doctors. when i came there, he welcomed me, which was very nice and let me feel comfortable. The doctor was very good and he all spoke english in there. I was treated directly and Mr. Solis Tellez was very good. Even after the treatment i could reach out to him via mail or phone if i still have some issues or questions. Thank you again, for make me feel better again. :)

I arrived at the hospital with severe stomachache and dehydration, minutes after they took care of me,. The doctor, unfortunately i cannot remember his name, felt very confident about bringing me to life. That is exactly what happened. After 3h i felt so much better. Even today 10/11/2018, after one month, they are very helpful with medical documentation I have to provide to my insurance company. Thank you BlueNet!
