Our first time in Australia, living in the beautiful McMahons Point was a very special and an unforgettable experience partly due to fuss free and swift service from Blues Point Real Estate. Great professional service provided by both Trent and Sean. Both very friendly and accommodating. Sean was very good at communicating between myself, owner and tenant (at the time) to get the property vacant before settlement. Items I asked to be fixed prior to settlement were fixed the very next day with evidence as assurance. Everything that happened throughout the whole process felt very controlled, nothing was rushed or done without me being informed which added up to a really good overall experience.

I’d like to say Huge Thank You to Sean Dunn! Yesterday evening I got out of the apartment and forgot to the get the keys with me. I ran to the Blues Point real estate office hoping to find someone to give me the spare keys but the office was already closed. I found some agents’ mobile numbers on the website. I called them all Yes, I was in panic, I could stay homeless that night )). One of those who I called, sent a text message and left a voice mail (remember, I was in panic ) was Sean. He immediately replied to my text message and met me at the office in 10 minutes. He gave me the spare keys for my apartment, he was very polite and friendly. What a great customer service!! Sean, I’m so grateful for all your help yesterday. As I said, if not you I don’t know what I would do and where I would go

As many have said, staff are dishonest. Invoices padded with multiple charges with no documentation. Bills not paid. They also sent tradesman who were verbally abusive to tenants

So unprofessional and lazy. Don't look after the property, don't look after the tenant. Don't communicate, only when legal documents are brought up do they react to maintenance issues Wouldn't ever go near them. And in terms of their honesty, Sean Dunn works for them and gives himself a 5 star review on here. Whole company is way out of its depth.

Unprofessional, rude, lazy, incompetent and dishonest. One of their Property managers Mxxxxxn ripped my parents off for years with no service at all on their rental property and dishonest and unfair charges. No communication at all and when asked, completely wrong information given, and even saying tenants stopped renting months ago., and apparently no records or paperwork kept and no keys retained! Would never have chosen this agent however old management was sold off and automatically transferred to this rubbish company. When informed we are taking our business elsewhere received a single response “wow finally ... take care”.
