I need to start by saying, I rarely will take the time to write a review for a business unless there is something exceptional to speak of. This is one of those cases. I went in to this store late morning for a part (which they had in stock for a good price) and when I approached the front door I noticed 2 women in Advanced uniform outside smoking and chatting. I didn't think anything of it until I got inside and saw several shoppers walking around and only one younger guy at the counter helping customers. When I got to his counter I made small talk with him as he looked up my part. I got my part and left, no issues. When I got home I realized I had forgotten to get something and figured I would go back to the store when I was out for lunch. It was roughly 2 hrs later when I pulled back into their parking lot and saw the same women outside the front door smoking. I then realized, this poor guy was still in there helping customers and fielding phone calls. I don't know exactly where the manager was at this point, (he had said he was not the manager, but he was the commercial parts guy (?)) but there were people needing help and waiting while the same 2 employees were outside on their smoke break AGAIN! Kudos to this guy for not losing his mind. I believe the guy’s name is Mark. He is a very knowledgeable parts guy. I feel so strongly about this situation I may reach out to their customer service and let them know that is not how to run a store.

I have very bad experience with the “MANAGER” Justin. It was 10th of October around 7 pm in Bluffton in Advance Auto Parts Store. My husband and i wanted to buy a sensor at this time. My husband went to the store first i stayed in the car. He started to speak with the seller (JUSTIN) , but after a while he has to wait and wait, then he texted me ; the “MANAGER” just LEFT from the store while he “looking” our sensor. I just went to the store after i saw this “manager” talking 2 other costumers in the parking lot, and i asked him, can you come back and give the sensor for us...? He answered me : what i thinking about myself, he is busy now! He knows who is the first and he does not want to help me!!! I tried to talking with him because i was before the other costumers and he just left without any reason!! He DID NOT listen me, i was interrupted and frustrated! He was not wanted to resolve our problem. After i asked him What is this policy he just left and was not able to give me the item.., he TOLD ME : “GET OUT MY STORE I AM THE MANAGER HERE”! I was so surprised, because this is not fair! He told me, he doesn’t want to sell to me NOTHING!!!! After when i left the store, he said to my husband, he has 4 children and 2 jobs and he is very tired!!! And...?! Is it the costumer service?! I felt so horrible myself and never seen this situation before!!! He cut off me and said get out my store, JUST BECAUSE I ASKED HIM to continue our service!!! I think he needs better training PROTOCOLS and better equip him to answer the questions and serve the costumers!!
