I walked into the store this fine young man (Ethan) was standing at the door. He stopped to tell me about how the store had great sales and even asked me what i was shopping for. which i told him what i was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. Then i turn around he switched places with some girl didn’t get to catch her name. He help me get a fitting room and asked me did everything fit good? stuff like that. i would say i haven’t felt this great about shopping at a store in a long time especially during a crisis going on!! Ethan if you see this or even your manager you deserve a raise or something!! - suzie

Walked up to the store at 6:30 today, 30 mins before the posted closing time. The girl working locked the doors as I walked up. I def would have bought a lot of stuff \u200d️. I tried to ask if they were closing and she just locked the door. I totally understand closing up 10 mins early but a whole half hour?

I called twice one time before all the Covid-19 pandemic started to happen I had called before all that happened and one of them had answered the phone and said well we are gonna be closed because of that for the next week. And she told em that the manager will call me back to reschedule my interview when the pandemic gets better. I didn’t get a call back so I called a couple days ago and the lady said that the manager was on her lunch break and she’ll call me back in 30 minutes and I didn’t get a chance home call back at all. Very disappointing and so freakin mad. Very bad customer service
