Ryan and Nicole were great to work with. The timeliness of the work and quality were great, but the communication throughout the process was very impressive! It can be hard around here to often get a contractor to call you back when you ask them to come do work for you, so to have someone who kept you up to date throughout the whole time from contract to starting work is great! They were complete professionals throughout the entire process!
I hired At the Helm to do a remodel of a home I purchased and had limited time to get the work completed, and the complications of COVID to work thru. Ryan and Nicole were a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of the work and met the agreed to timeline. They addressed all my questions and concerns thru the process immediately and demonstrated excellent customer service. The work done by them and their partners was to perfection, and I am a tough critic. I will definitely be work with Ryan and Nicole on my next home improvement project.
