In addition, we offer financial assistance for rent, heat, electricity, natural gas, water and vital medications. We also provide Thanksgiving dinners to those in need and give toys to children at Christmas who would otherwise go without. Volunteers at Bluffton Self Help sort the donated items and help distribute them to those in need. They also help in the office with processing applications, answering phones and interviewing those needing financial assistance. They may also help with fundraising and participating in the holiday projects.
