Great cookies but we'd never been to the store! It was a great experience, as the staff was amazing and friendly and helpful and genuinely were happy to be there with us! Nearly our whole family went in at the same time (about 15 of us) and they took it in stride with great service and warm smiles! The cookies are to die for - the Peach and Key Limes being my personal favorites! - and they will disappear faster than you think cookies should so buy LOTS! It was our FINAL DESTINATION before leaving Hilton Head this year; from here we went DIRECTLY to the airport to come home! THAT is indicative as to how good these cookies are - we saved the best for last!!

To start, the cookies are AMAZING. I will never be able to drive by a Bryds without stopping for a Georgia peach cookie bag again. Though the cookies exceeded our expectations, so did the costumer service. Ms. Clarissa went above and beyond her job title. Her outstanding kindness and warmth has made this store our favorite spot.
