Looking in from the outside suggests it is just another store catering to a woman's fashion needs...But once inside you realize that while that may be true, Chico's is also trying to establish a standard of service that will ensure that its business model is built on more than just selling a product. It was amazing, that even though it was crowded, and with customers still coming in, to see how the staff were all maintaining a most pleasant demeanor while attempting to meet every requests from an ever constant line of changing of customers. Chico's offers food quality merchandise and excellent service. Yes some of he items we purchased was a little more than she had initially anticipated, but everyone left satisfied. Good service, excellent merchandise and very good vacation memories. Yes! It is on the list of shopping venues, when we return to Hilton Head Island.
