Absolutely RUDE person running the store. My face mask fell down my nose while I was asking her a question about something( which all 2 questions I had she made me feel like I was bothering her) & she preceded to tell me it needed to be up & I complied and said okay because i didn’t feel the need to explain because I knew she saw. But she still felt necessary To tell me “this is a small store & I see a lot of people it needs to be on right” in the most rude way. I put back all of my stuff and left. Other customers barely had their masks up & she only said something when she noticed I realized she hasn’t said anything. This employee needs customer service training.

I had gotten nose rings from here and they were too big from what the size told me. I suggest getting nose rings from somewhere else if you are looking for some new ones. Also they are not real, and if they come plated in rose gold or gold, it will chip off and can give you a nose infection. But the earrings here are great.

Hours posted were 10-7pm. At 3:40 they had locked up even though open 15 minutes prior. Called the store, no answer, no way to leave a message. We drove 45 minutes for my daughter’s earrings. Someone else who is open will get the sale!

My three children got their ears pierced at Claire's. The staff is always smiling and happy to help. The store is always clean neat and organized. If you're looking to get ears pierced or shop for girls 6-16 you can find something here.
