I was helped by a young person with purple and green hair who was absolutely awesome at their job. I didn't end up purchasing as I didn't find something I wanted and they offered to order it for me. Didn't catch a name but it was a great experience.

We were greeted, when we first walked into Journey’s at the outlets in Bluffton. Soon after, we had started to feel uncomfortable as if they were laughing at us and how we dressed. We immediately left, you have now lost a customer. Congratulations 12/22/19

So far we've had two really good experiences at this store. We've just recently visited again in January 2019. The sale staff is very helpful and patient. They even helped me get shoes for my two special needs sons who can be very squirmy and fussy.

I Was in and out. Everyone were helpful when I got shoes for Wife and I. I saw a shirt that I was interested in buying but it had a stain on it. Other than that it was an cool environment.
