This store has THE best customer service I’ve ever seen!! All of the ladies need raises and praises. As soon as I hit the door they made me feel welcomed. They talked to me and my young daughter. It felt like home. All 3 of the women there were engaging and interested in what I had to say. I had to return a few items and they even turned that into a sale!! Will definitely recommend to others in the area and will be a repeat customer.

On a scale from 1-10 this place is below zero. They employees are so rude and the manager eggs them on. I was told i shouldn’t wear an outfit I picked out because “it doesn’t look good on me”. When I asked for the manager the girl laughed and called someone over. I’m assuming this was the manger she refused to give me her name and told me to not come back to the store if I was going to be offended by honesty. I stayed for a little longer and got the names of the 3 women who offended me, they were Katie Rena and Sarah I will never return to this business!!

We recently were on Spring Break in Hilton Head, SC. We visited The Loft Outlet store in Bluffton and were assisted by the most amazing ladies, Courtney Hagel, Katrina Bostick, and Sarah Groover. We came in 1 hour before closing and although they were preparing the store for the following days sales, they tirelessly assisted with finding many outfit combinations and sizes. These ladies created the most enjoyable shopping expierience we've had at Loft. They deserve commendation. Thank you , ladies.
