The instruction is top notch and the people are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone in the class is comfortable and learning as much as possible. Whatever you are looking (A good workout, A good roll, Self Defense) you can find it here. If you are on the island for vacation make sure to stop here and support this awesome small business. The facility is of the highest quality. Quality and clean mats, Great atmosphere.
