Horrendous customer service. I was in line to check out. The lady in front of me was doing a price check on two watches. After quite a while she decided not to buy either watch. The sales women milled around for several minutes and then asked if I was ready to check out. I responded that I’ve been ready to check out for awhile. (I’m in line. I’m perplexed as to why she didn’t gather that already). She responded that she had to put the two watches away and she’d be back. She proceeded to mill around the general area of the watch counter. After several more minutes another person realized no one was behind the counter and assigned someone to check me out. When I left salesperson #1 was still aimlessly milling around the store.

Customer service was exceptional. They took the time to text me a picture of the correct bag I was looking for held it for me and truly went out of their way to make sure all my needs or expectations were met. I work in the customer service industry and do my best to provide everyone with the best possible care I can very rarely do I get in return this was a truly exceptional experience
