Clean store, good COVID protocols. I went in to browse with every intention of buying something. I did purchase something but I would have gotten more had the person helping me not rushed me out. There was a line to come in (due to their protocols which was fine) but it was like she didn’t think I was going to spend enough money. So she asked me what I wanted and rushed my entire experience. I didn’t know what I wanted- I wanted to look. I was coming in there to drop a ton of money- not to sound arrogant or anything, it’s just simply what I wanted to spend my birthday/Xmas money on. Instead I got one thing and left since she clearly didn’t want to give me the time of day. I’ll likely buy online from now on.

My review has nothing to do with the brand itself but everything to do with the service provided. A younger Black female helped us and she had the nastiest attitude I have seen in a while. She just seemed like she did not want to be bothered and if that was the case she should have called out!

My husband was sold 2 bracelets at tanger in bluffton. The sales girl never told him the items were discontinued and sale would be final. She was more concerned about making a big sale and tried selling him 4 of the same item. Not once letting him know if they didn’t fit they could not be returned. They say the policy is on the receipt which you don’t get till the sale is already fine. Buyer beware !!!! All they are concerned about is making the sale and the survey.
