I’ve shopped at this store several times and it is always a wonderful experience, but today the ladies went above and beyond. I overheard them talking about waiting for a new delivery. When I asked about it, Sydney (I hope that’s right!) offered to call me when it came in. She did, and even though they were busy unpacking and putting out the new merchandise, she stopped and showed me everything that came. I ended up with a gorgeous new bag and even a free beach towel from a promotion! It might sound silly to say that was the highlight of my Hilton Head trip but it definitely was. Thank you Spartina Bluffton!

I found Spartina in Asheville last March. Knowing we coming to Hilton Head in September I had to find the flagship store. Love the boutique feel and the associate told us all about the history of the company. Loved the associate that helped us, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

I agree with the other reviewer that gave this store a one star review...customer service is lacking in a big way at this location! I called the Bluffton store today (8/11) with a somewhat odd albeit simple request. I was requesting to purchase shopping bags, that I not only would pay for, but also cover the shipping cost. The woman I spoke with was very rude and said she wouldn’t sell them to me. I recently placed an online order with Spartina and customer service was equally poor (took nearly 3 wks to receive my items). Small brands like Spartina cannot survive in today’s market without good customer service and they’re definitely lacking in that department. So much for Southern hospitality!
