True expertise, prompt and comfortable service, fair pricing. I’ve had a nuisance tooth for 10 years that’s been the cause of 4 surgeries. Two other dentists would not just remove it despite my reasoning and still having sensitivity and an odor issue. Despite the 2000 I already invested in it I thought I would have to go to Mexico to get what I wanted. The dentist at bluhawk (older gentleman. I forget his name, sorry) considered my reasoning, respected my responsibility for my own decisions, explained the long term pros and cons, and got me scheduled. The oral surgeon pulled it painlessly the next morning. Years of problems were solved in 24 hours I live in AZ and was visiting my parents in OP when I decided to come here. I will travel here for dental work if needed in the future. This was such a huge relief

Staff was friendly and nice, but I went in for getting a slightly chipped filling fixed and needing a routine cleaning and it did not turn out like I thought it would. I get x-rays and an exam and up being told that my mouth is so bad that I need a deep root cleaning which was around 700. They fixed the filling and told me to come back in a few weeks for the cleaning, as the hygienist wasn't in that day. I set up another appointment for the cleaning and then I get told on that visit of the cleaning that I need a root canal on a tooth, which they never mentioned a few weeks prior, and that was another 400. I also received a consultation with an oral surgeon for an impacted wisdom tooth and I get told that the surgery is 1,600. I ended up moving and getting a second opinion from a new dentist on everything BluHawk quoted me. My new dentist was appalled at what BluHawk told me/quoted me. According to my new dentist, my teeth are in good condition and I don't need a root canal or deep root cleaning at all. I ended up getting the impacted wisdom tooth surgery which only cost me 180 at my new dentist......not 1,600! Be careful and go with your gut, if it doesn't feel right get a second opinion. If I didn't go with my gut BluHawk would have made me pay 2,700 out of my pocket! This place will try to tell you your mouth is \bad\ and price gouge you.

Absolutely the best dentist in Kansas City. Explains everything as she goes and very pain conscious for the patient. My fear of dentistry is over. Dr. Ragan Newland is the best.

Everyone was helpful; the doctor explained everything clearly, and the entire staff was friendly. For someone who does not like to go to the dentist, they made me feel so comfortable and I would encourage everyone to go here! Thank you

I ended up going to BluHawk to be seen and while there was a pretty significant scheduling snafu that happened that would have jeopardized getting dental work covered in my benefit period- they really stepped up to the plate. Brandon was awesome in getting things taken care of so that I could get the dental work done in time. Their staff did a great job handling the situation and great dental work in the process! BlueHawk really demonstrated not just excellent dental care but integrity. I expect to be a long term client.
