In this day and age, when the world is linked via the internet, you would think that when you are driving a fully branded van down the M6, you might not throw an empty drink can from the drivers window onto the verge...poor show and a criminal offence. I rang this company 5 times ,I asked them if they would come out to fix our heater that had broken down ,each time I rang they said they would get an engineer out to us ,on the fifth call they sent an engineer out,on his inspection he said the industrial heater was beyond repair,we accepted this ,and asked him ,could he get a price to supply and fit a new one ,on this request he took photos and said he would ask his boss to send us a quote ,that was 4 weeks ago ,and as yet we have received nothing off them,
