I've been working with Jesse on a 1:1 basis since the start of 2021 (and had joined some group sessions prior to this). It was Jesse's attention to good technique and doing what was right on an individual level which attracted to me working with her 1:1. When I started working with Jesse I had recently been given a diagnosis for an irreparable back injury on top of a long term medical condition and wasn't feeling overly positive about my fitness capabilities. Several months on I feel like a different person, stronger, fitter and enjoying workouts again. Jesse knew exactly what I could and couldn't do and has gradually increased the load as I've got stronger. She knows what isn't going to work for me so we do what does work. Besides being a great PT, Jesse also has an excellent knowledge of nutrition and a sensible and realistic approach. There are no fads or quick fixes and instead Jesse is about educating her clients and ensuring sustainability. I really look forward to my sessions and feel like I have learnt so much and made so much progress thanks to Jesse's commitment and personal approach.

Jesse has been my trainer for about 18 months and I wholeheartedly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and passionate about what she does. She goes above and beyond, really trying to understand her clients and taking an holistic view of nutrition and fitness. Her training sessions are designed for my particular needs - whether that's strengthening a weakness following injury, going slowly when she knows I've had a bad week and needing a more gentle routine or really pushing me to reach my goals. Not only is Jesse a highly qualified trainer, but she's also a lovely person who understands that life isn't perfect but helps you to reach your goals despite of it!
