A complete dealership with a good showroom and a big workshop. Service received took a long duration and could have been improved with a better planning or SOP.
No integrity & unprofessional dealer. Made me drive up from KL to view an advertised car but says booked by another when I was halfway on the highway. Such unbecoming ppl representing BMW...what a shame.
