We visited BMW of KC South after visiting another BMW dealership in the area and our service we received here was leaps and bounds better than the other dealership. Sterling and Giuseppe were incredibly helpful, friendly, and honestly made the whole experience fun for us. The gentleman stayed late to help us finalize our deal which we appreciated. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences my husband and I have had to date. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of their next vehicle!

Clinton Wong is the best service manager I've worked with anywhere. He's honest, transparent and an advocate for his customers. I drove Mercedes for nearly 20 years, and recently switched to BMW. Clinton was recommended by a friend who promised me that he was great... and he certainly proved my friend right. I've had issues with my BMW (not purchased at BMW of KC South) and Clinton has always worked with me to get to the right solutions with the care that goes beyond just the basic, expected \service\ - he understands how to build relationships based on trust. I highly recommend the service team at BMW of KC South. When you need an advocate, all that matters is that you have someone who has your back. I've always found this to be the case here.

Outstanding customer service and customer relations. Clinton Wong’s attention to detail is without exception he ensured we were informed as to the work involved proving us with a vehicle when it was apparent additional repairs were required. While waiting for our initial estimate for work we were treated to great donuts and coffee in a sparkling visitors area. This area being close to the sales floor prompted me to visit where I was met by a client advisor, Rashell Baker newly added to the sales team. Rashell was incredibly personable inquiring as to our comfort and needed assistance, she went as far to provide my wife with a BMW face mask while we were there. I also had an opportunity to meet the General Manager who was very customer focused. All In all a great team and a wonderful experience. My wife and I live 75-80 miles from the dealership so bringing our car for service is what I call a commitment we weren’t disappointed. One product (BMW) is superb only exceeded by your people and their work. I’d also like to give a shout out to the folks who serviced our car-professional work.
