Fantastic experience. I have had a misfortune to have visited almost all BMW dealers in Boston Area looking for newly released M4 and BMW of Shrewsbury DEFINITELY stands out. Unlike the other dealerships and managerial/sales staff it is true pleasure to work with personnel in this location. Garrett Powers was super helpful, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant, considerate . He guided us through the entire process from the very moment the car was expected to arrive to final decision. His managers were readily available for cost estimations as well as other help with decision making. If you need ANY BMW I would not look any further or waste your time at other dealers.

Had a great experience with Nate. I called 6 BMW dealership in Massachusetts and BMW Shrewsbury came in at the lowest price right off the bat. When I walked in and met Nate, he was very professional nice and respectful. Even my young toddler took a liking to him. At the end we finally came to an agreement on a specific car, but a few days later I changed my mind on the car color. When I called Nate he pretty much said o problem let me see what I can do to find the car\. He didn't try to dissuade me from changing my mind, he just understood and within a week as able to find the car that I wanted. Even on the day I went to pick to the car, my insurance agent was a mess in getting the proper paperwork in on time, he was calm under pressure and worked real hard to make it happen. If you're interested in a car, ask for Nate. He won't steer you wrong.

Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out since I was coming from far away. He made the transaction happen smoothly and when there was one small issue, handled it quickly and professionally. Very impressive young man. Management was also quite helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.
