So, my salesman Alex. A Godsend. Knew about the cars, not just this one either. You can tell he loves the cars and his job as well. He answered all my questions and some I didn't know I wanted to ask. Gave me great advice for future care. And I now have the intention on returning service and recommending my friends. Best car buying experience I've ever had! The salesman, Alexander was awesome! He answered all of my questions very quickly and held the car for me for a week until I could get there with my word that I would definitely buy it. I was so nervous because I transferred funds for this vehicle and drove 3 hours to get it on his word that they were holding it for me and marked it as sold just for me. Many dealers will sell the vehicle and tell you they still have it just to get you in there, but then try to sell you something else when you arrive. Luckily that is not how this place does business and the van was right out front waiting for me nice and clean and with all the paperwork ready. They also gave me a very fair price on my trade in vehicle. Fastest and easiest car purchase experience I've ever had. Really nice people who work there and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Went there looking to buy a x3. Salesman Nate at first was eager to get me into a lease on a brand new one, which I considered when I asked on prices for a few used low miles on the lot he to this day has never returned my texts. His last text was I will get right back to you. Which was the preference of communication. I went to another BMW dealer and purchased my new X3 from a dealer that returned my calls and worked to get me in what I wanted. You lost a sale Nate. Customer service should be your first priority in sales! This dealership has a good selection just don’t use Nate

First I want to add, I've never left a review. ... I was looking for a BMW, my previous one was totalled. I located one at BMW of Williamsport online. The dealership is out of my state, and being in the automotive business for some time, it was important to me to know the car was in good condition since I'd be traveling a good distance to see and or buy it. I contacted the dealer via e-mail and was discussing with Marcus Klees. He was prompt with getting back to me and gave me all the information I was looking for. After negotiating the price and getting the \let me talk to my manager\ and \you'll have to finance through us\ routine, I honestly thought, here we go with the run around.... I was wrong!! They came back with a more than fair offer and their rate quote was better than mine, (a bank I've been doing business with for over 20 years!!). I also spoke with Dan Guerra in finance who got me the rates and loan in a couple of hours. I needed to finalize and pick the car up in two days, they got all the paperwork done and I drove the 6 hours to pick up the car... IT WAS AWESOME!!!! They even added in an extra accessory!! While at the dealer, I also spoke with John Wolever in finance who set up and guided me through the paperwork. I've purchased numerous cars in my life, and would truly say that this experience was definitely outside the norm, in a good way!! Marcus, Dan, John and the rest of the team at BMW of Williamsport were professional, honest and polite, I just wished they were closer to me... Thanks again guys, Great job!! Bob
