We have used Cameron for several years now at our current and previous home. He replaced our A/C last summer and repaired our furnace. He is very thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable in explaining what exactly happened to the unit. He has done an excellent job repairing or installing the new unit. We highly recommend using BNC Heating and Cooling. Cameron does great work!

We have used Cameron several times in the past, he does Excellent work and is very dependable. Our old Goodman furnace was not working and needed to be replaced. He was very patient while we researched the different furnaces out there. We chose the Goodman single stage 80 BTUs. He did an excellent job with the installation, and removed the old one. We had our new Goodman furnace put in on 10/29/20 , but unfortunately the distributor gave him the wrong model # 60,000 BTU when he picked it up and had already installed it. We appreciated his honesty and said he would replace it with the correct model as soon as they got one in and no extra charge. We had the correct furnace installed about a week later, and are very happy. Cameron and his coworker Dave are always polite and explain things well, and always take their shoes off at the door!!! Excellent service completed in a timely manner that was needed immediately due to the very cold weather. Our 15 1/2 year old heater's motor was going out. Was also given a reasonable price. I have used this business in the past for my rental properties and they never disappoint.

My furnace died on a cold winter day over the weekend and Cameron loaned me two space heaters to keep my house warm. Cameron got my new furnace installed 24 hours later and completed the work as stated in the quoted time frame. I've had Cameron do heating & A/C maintenance work in the past and he always gets the work done promptly.

The new AC unit was installed professionally and the work area was cleaned up as promised. We decided on a new furnace sometime after that and agreed to their estimate which we thought was very competitive and had the confidence to work with them again.
