I hired Boan to replace a sensor in my furnace. When the tech left, my furnace would work, but wouldn't shut out and my home was nearly 90 degrees inside. We had to manually flip a breaker to get it to shut off. They sent another service tech back today and told me my thermostat was bad and it was going to cost me another 235 to replace that as well. I called another company for a second opinion and my thermostat was fine. The repair man left a jump wire inside of my furnace during the last repair and it was bypassing my shut off switch. They didn't even check my furnace today when they came out or he would have seen the jump wire was still in there. Instead, he tried to pressure me into buying a 235 new thermostat that I didn't need. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and definitely will not be using their services ever again.

Boan installed a Mitsubishi mini-split in my basement where I put in a soundproof rehearsal studio. I had them cover all open vents in my house system and had them come back after I completed my soundproofing and drywall install. We’ve used them to service systems in 2 houses, and they are always quick to install or fix HVAC, have courteous and knowledgeable techs, and give us a great price for their services! They never once tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I would highly recommend their services!
