When all hope seemed lost, these guys and (gal) not only got me approved...put me in exactly what I wanted, color and all!!! Super easy, fast and very nice crew!!! Thank you for making this happen for me!!
I wish they could’ve helped me more! When I went in I was told that no matter my situation I could get into a car but when it was all said and done it didn’t work out. All the sales rep told me was to “ask my boss for a raise” (during a pandemic) and that there was nothing he could do, I feel like he didn’t try.
Hope all J.D. B branches conduct business like Boardman. After an evil week of piranna's, sharks and rabid bole-weavel's(ie: dealerships), I kept an open mind and walked in. I was treated fairly. I was talked to on an equal level. They answered and adressed any questions or concerns. They gave me a fair deal, and they surpassed expectation before I signed. Top-notch! Very pleased every time I have to have my car fixed!! This time it took a little longer then I would of liked but I understand it takes time with somethings!! I wish they was open on the weekend tho! They took it upon theirselves to also change my oil and did not charge me so that’s also a plus!!
