600 a month electric, ok, til you find out others were paying 350! Advertise a pool, hot tub, work out room, club house. Nope, pool & hot tub drained, work out room closed. I was going to give benefit of the doubt because of COVID, even though other places were open, but no price drop. Sites are gravel, no room to put out outdoor furniture as that's where we park truck. Lots of old (er) trailers as quite a few are long timers (who apparently get that cheaper rate, I did hear that just got raised as well). Laundry rooms are pretty dirty. Never used bathrooms so can't say. No fenced in dog run, 2 areas for dogs to potty, one finally got a garbage can. But not emptied enough. Also always out of bags so quite a few piles.... Our site did not have a handle on water spicket, good thing we had pliers. They actually put one on 2 days before we left. Office hours are M-F like 9:30 to 6. Please, hardly ever there. Not open on weekends. Supposedly it's under new management so I'm hoping it gets better & they take these reviews to heart. We were in a jam & they got us in so, thankful for that. We stayed almost 3 months, as no where else to go.
