My Experience was a terrific one. I was on the road with extensive field work. I got screw in a tire. They have a service contract with Firestone. They quickly repaired the tire and got me right back on the road. This was very convenient because a repair shop is close to every town. Your trip is not interrupted. You have a choice to of exchanging a vehicle as well. The car is fresh and clean when you rent it.

Rough start but a really good location to visit for car rental. Another person's insurance company is paying for the whole. I was not told to be prepared for this or give out my financial information. Later they strongly suggested that I give them a deposit for gas if it is below where it is upon pick up. It is a bit above 1/4. If it is not at least that high when I return it, I will have to pay. They again demanded my financial information again as deposit against what I would pay locally. She said it was 20 less per gallon to use this service. Just an eyeball of the gauge is not accurate. They need to use something to actually measure the volume of the had in the car, or better yet send it the cars full, just to the point where the pump stops. To the north, tere is 24 hour GetGo about 1.5 miles from there. There is normally a Sheetz to the south but during business hours, the is a Shell half a mile north of Enterprise, so they can bring back the car full. They need to communicate this information to who are renting and an insurance company is paying for the rental The car was dirty on the outside, not just that it needed to be washed, there were grease smudges. The problems were addressed, but I had to make numerous calls. They would leave a message, I would call back and wait a few days before calling. For my distress and taking so long in getting things resolved, they have me whey I deemed to be an adequate compensation. Rough start, but, overall, I would definitely recommend this location.
This experience was not the first that was beyond amazing! The staff listened, and fitted us with a vehicle to our needs. The quickness, and ease of getting in and out allowed us to focus on other issues and not worry about travel needs. Thanks again enterprise!!! We look forward to another experience with you again.
They are always so courteous and polite. Even when they are at their busiest they still manage to smile and treat people with the utmost respect. Special shout to the young lady with blonde hair! And to Andrew Kendrick those two are a dynamic duo in Customer Service
Enterprise not too long ago prided themselves on delivering quality customer service and a quality product. This past weekend the company failed at the latter. The first car I was placed in was too small and not the size vehicle I reserved, when I went to switch out to a larger vehicle, I was placed in one that wreaked of a marijuna odor. The next day I went to switch into another vehicle due to the overwhelming smell, only to be placed in one that wreaked of a cigarette odor. I hope this is an anomaly and will not become the norm, unfortunately I feel compelled this will become the standard.
