I have never been treated so poorly by a DNP. Actually going through my medications in the waiting room with all the other patients watching. Treating patients with respect and dignity is the foundation of medical care. Even if you don't like the patient or you think the are lying. The oath you took was to promote health, help balance health and provide it with dignity.

My child was a patient here for years. It went well for a while. Then as time went by. More and more medicine was given. Her counselor who she loved got let go. And she tried to build a good relationship with her new one. But did not bond well at all. Then because of all of her medicines started to have severe hallucinations. Even after confronting Dr of this. They just added more. Once she was old enough. She decided to stop taking the meds. And they took it upon themselves to call children services on me. Needless to say. The case was quickly closed. I would not recommend them.

Okay first off I’ve been going here for nearly over a year now so over experience with all the doctors and receptionist here is my honest and thoughtful review! Let’s start with the receptionist they are very considerate and family oriented they love to see regular faces and remember their patients well! I go in 1 time every 2 weeks and they work around my schedule pretty well! The psychiatrist this is my maybe 7th psychiatrist since I was very young battling anger issues , aspergers, and a number of other things! None of the other 6 were compassionate and only told me things I was doing wrong. Instead this one is telling what I’m doing right but what I could possibly do to enhance my life! They don’t care about the money so I really don’t know where that lady with the one star is talking about. They love families and even offer I believe family counseling and relationship counseling. The prescription doctor here actually diagnosed me after nearly 13 years of not knowing why my anger was so bad she diagnosed me with bipolar when no one else seemed to believe me honestly I haven’t felt more good about myself in ages! I recommend it here for families, adults seeking help, and children in need.

Absolutely horrible!!! Your not heard but rather ignored. They tell children they are being abused. They do childish things that most parents would tell their children to do instead of therapy. They refuse to involve family and take a child's word for things even though the child was brought in for lying. You wont even get a diagnosis after months, the staff is rude and they are against father's. BEWARE!

Hours state 8am to 5 PM. However they don't roll over or answer there phones until 9 am. That's not professional nor courteous to patients whom have busy work lives. Nor is it kind to the clinical staff and thier sch. Psycare you can do so much better. Please update your TRUE hours of phone operations so this way clients know when to call rather than wait around thinking the office is closed for the day. Front desk staff member: One in particular has no idea what's she's doing and needs to retire. U may end up being kicked out because of her inability to navigate a simple database , and or her inability to know what insurances the company does or doesn't accept, or her inability to cancel an appointment when re sch for another day. I guess she had one to many bumps on the head this year.
