Lazy employees start to break their kitchen down 2 and half hours before they close. Pathetic. Never going again. Cant fulfill my order because they never have it because they are more worried about closing for the day.

Went to the Boardman location today and the owner was kinda rude. Told me they had 8 more sandwiches to make before taking care of me. No one else was in the store. Two people making sandwiches and one couldn't stop to help a walk in customer. Must be doing okay since they didn't take my order. Never again will I go there.

Inadequate supply of boneless ham with a weak excuse of it being covid related. This place has went downhill.

Not impressed. The woman barking orders wasn’t friendly with the customers or her employees. I didn’t feel welcome in the store so I took my business elsewhere.

My husband and I came into the store to get a sandwich and we always get multigrain so Cameron recommended the hogie roll and it was delicious.

This place is amazing!! The cookies, the ham, and the staff are just all high quality. There was one worker who actually took the time to help make my daughter comfortable and happy, it was heart warming. I say two-thumbs up for managment and I hope more places adopt their techniques for customer satisfaction.

Best ham I have ever eaten. Seasoned perfectly. All ready to just warm up for a couple minutes and eat it. I was lazy this year and did not even cut it up. It was already spiral cut. Great job.

One of the strangest food experiences. They were very rude. They asked if I wanted smoked or glazed turkey on my sandwiches and when I answered smoked they said "That ONLY comes with smoked." as if I should have known that dispute the menu only having the name of the sandwich on it.
