Boat Repair Pompano Beach

I needed a 20 hour service on my new engine and called around and ask the owner how much to to do the service and I told him I was bringing the boat by water. He gave me a price of 300. I went to pick up the boat today and was charged to take the boat out of the water for an extra 100 as well as cost for parts and the total cost came out to 440.09. I discussed the issue with him and he said it was a miss communication on his end but made zero effort to try and come to any solution other than still charge me the full amount. Less than impressed with how this company operates and not providing the proper cost up front.
